A leading financial institution enlisted our expertise to design and coach their multi-year "Be a Special Place to Work" initiative, focusing on defining, designing, and delivering a distinctive Associate Experience Strategy to enhance the desired culture enterprise-wide.

Through interviews and a comprehensive survey, we identified friction points in the associate experience. Synthesizing this data, we developed thematic findings and a needs framework, leading to recommendations and prioritized opportunities shared with key stakeholders. With their approval, we facilitated the development of experience principles and an improvement roadmap. Concurrently, we informed the refresh of the employee value proposition, ensuring alignment with associate experience projects. Our ongoing support includes embedding new practices like continuous listening, developing operating models, and up-leveling experience owners across the enterprise.

Associates enthusiastically embrace the refreshed employee value proposition and actively participate in co-creation efforts to enhance prioritized areas. Notably, they are more open to providing feedback regularly. Additionally, there's increased collaboration with the internal innovation lab to creatively address business and organizational challenges.
